1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Clikzpay platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clikzpay is a bill payments platform that enables users to purchase airtime, data bundles, pay electricity bills, subscribe to cable TV services, and purchase exam PINs. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Wallet and Payments

• Your wallet balance can be funded via Paystack.
• All service purchases are deducted from your wallet balance.
• Wallet balances are not transferable between accounts.
• Service charges may apply and will be displayed before you confirm any transaction.
• We reserve the right to modify service charges at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Transaction Processing

• All transactions are processed through our third-party provider (VTPass).
• Service delivery times vary by product. Most services are delivered instantly.
• In the event of a failed transaction, your wallet will be credited back automatically.
• You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed automatically for failed transactions. For successful transactions, refunds are only considered if the service was not delivered as expected. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' accounts.
• Using automated systems to interact with the Service without written permission.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Reselling services purchased through Clikzpay without authorisation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clikzpay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Clikzpay, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
